Questions about birds you have seen

Write to us about identification, feeder problems, window strikes, nesting in awkward places, or anything in the articles that was not clear. Questions that recur are added as FAQ entries.

Two things we cannot help with: we do not identify birds from a bare colour description without country and context, and we do not advise on injured or orphaned wild birds. For those, contact a licensed wildlife rescue in your country — handling wild birds is regulated almost everywhere.
